Any shareholder, no matter what the size of their holding, may attend the Annual General Meeting. The shareholder may, if he wishes, vote by proxy through the mail or be represented by his spouse or another shareholder.
A meeting notice appears in the French Bulletin for Mandatory Legal Announcements (BALO) at least thirty days before the meeting date.
